As you makes your way to the sub-district you can hear gunshots, and as you approach the sub-district you can smell something charred and smoky. The sub-district is a war zone, with the dead littering the streets, and military personell roaming the place looking for their next kill. Pillars of smoke rise in the distance as explosions and screams can be heard. You realize quickly that the burnt smell comes from charred corpses in the sub-district. Additionally, you hear whsipering voices within your mind, niggling, urging you to do unthinkable things. As you survey the area, you pick up a magical signal of another Mage/Servant, but you don't see anyone initially. What do you do? (edited)

(You are not in combat yet, you get the impression that this is just the hazard of being in the current zone. You can easily move away from them afterwards unless you want to kill them. As you move away from the military forces as quickly as you can, you enter an alley, and as you are about to exit the other side you see a man standing in the streets. He is armed with a sniper rifle, wears a brown hat and a cloak with dark black tones. His boots have a deep red color and as he stands there he is smoking a cigarette. He makes his way up one of the smaller buildings with extreme ease and speed, but you get the impression he hasn't seen you yet. What do you do? (He is currently at Close range, on the roof of a building that is only three stories tall.)

(Note that that would include a stealth check. Your movement speed is only 1 so if you want to have a chance of getting there in one turn you'd have to run. Alternatively you could use your movement to get into an alley on the other side of the street, putting you at Near range instead. You can also use your stat to cast whatever spells you could think of that makes sense using AP, just like regular ToB combat now. I will also remind you that Till is not a Servant or anything, not that it would matter. If Flo dies, it doesn't matter if Till is still in the game, you would instantly lose at that point, just so you know.)

(Fair enough!) The shot narrowly hits you in the shoulder and whizzes past you hitting the side of the alley you're in. As it does, you hear the sound of metal wire snapping into place, and as you look back you see that where the bullet impacted, a bunch of thorned wire has spread out. If that thing had hit you fully you would have been in a world of hurt. The man then touches his chest, and suddenly his cape, boots and hat turn stark white. His face determined, eyes cold. (He is currently at Near range from you. Till would need to Charge to get to him and melee attack but he could alternatively fire breathe him, either from the roof or by going towards the man and doing it from the street.)

"Hey kid" He says as he raises his pistol "You're shit out of luck" The gun clicks, and an awkward silence settles in as the gun jams. "This always happens to me! Am I really that out of touch? Hold on for a moment." *He then runs back through the alley you were in before and is now at Medium range. (Till is at Medium range from the man. You notice that the sword he's holding which would normally be perfectly black looks like a regular metal sword, like before you picked it up. You are still stuck)

(Ah, shoot, I just realized how it's supposed to work. You turn the hit into a glancing hit on a 14+, you cannot fully defend against an attack. It only affected the glancing hit you were supposed to take from the soldier earlier, so I'll refund those AP and apply 15 damage, but yeah. You can re-roll your evasion if you want or you can take the glancing hit)

(Fair enough. Make a necromancy check. for each DC you will get one zombie. Their stats are -5 in everything but they can gang up to get a +1 Mod for each additional attacker. If you're willing to put in extra AP into it I would say their attack stats could go up to -3 and would have a requisite amount of health (70) but would cost 60 of your current 110 AP)
