Daytime Phase day 4. Upon inspecting the area of the warehouses, you are unable to notice anyone. It’s possible they may just be hiding better than you can see though… Boromir and Gimli return, with Gimli not having noticed the Broker doing anything but waiting in his shop for more customers and playing with his cards. Boromir, however, noticed that Davey and his ship flew off somewhere else and didn’t return for the night. In the morning, everyone feels refreshed and relaxed, unaffected by the fever. What do you do for your Day-time phase?

Fair enough, the reveal was funny though ^^Björn kind of figured out Blake was my character directly from the news paper, haha. I think he might try to kill me a bit lol... but yeah the timing is more than a tiny bit suspicious. After Blake reads the news paper and gets pretty happy about people being positive to her family she also gets a bit nervous. Blake has two things she wants to do for the day phase. Firstly she wants to meet up with the rat/pigeon mage at the church since she said she would do that but also if possible she would also like to find a better hiding spot since her current hideout was in the news and it's a bit of a vulnerable position. Since it might not be the best for Blake to show herself in public atm I think the best way to get both done is for Blake to slip into a trance sending Boromir to the church and sending the family to find a new hiding place for night time, probably the docks, since if people already searched the place the may not look there again. Blake decides to keep Bilbo and one of the cats, Gollum, around by her body while looking trough the cats eyes just in case some mage decides to visit her during the day...

Um, my plans this time are a bit all over the place but hopefully that's ok^^ I find it funny that Blake is more or less just running from one lair to the next very quick

(Hmm, so you take control over Boromir and take control over Gollum, while letting your pets try and find yet another new base? Keep in mind that it might be best if you search for the base yourself, but I can understand the concern of leaving yourself vulnerable, especially in your damaged state)

(Yeahh.. that's a good point. I have a bit of a dilemma since Blake is a bit extra squishy at the moment and I feel no matter what I do with her I'm going to put her in danger, I haven't protected her very well so far lol. But I feel like I might get the most done this way? Also since I suspect the rat/pigeon mage is maybe making themselves an enemy to Blake I feel like I need to investigate however I can and try to maybe infect them... if they show up xd)

( I might be making very bad desitions... But I hope it'll work out^^ It's a lot of fun but also pretty weird getting to make all the decisions in a rp I think I'm way too used to discussing everything in a group. I like it though

)

(Haha, fair enough! It's always fun to try something completely new but also winning isn't what this really is about, so as long as you are having fun crafting a good story that's all you need really!)

You enter your trance and link with Gollum and Boromir. You search around the area and it seems safe for now, but you keep on looking to be sure. As Boromir makes it to the Church, you can witness a truly chaotic scene. People are randomly slaughtering each other on the streets while babbling incoherently. Otherworldly creatures feed on the corpses, even wild animals seem to be acting erratically. A goose flies up and tries to attack Boromir but you are barely able to make it away unscathed. You think you can sense a Mage and a Mage Base in the area but in all this chaos it might be risky to stay. Do you try and find the Mage? (edited)

(This is way more intense than I expected from the newspaper Lol) I might want to try... infecting one of the otherworldly creatures. If i can infect them (which I'm unsure I can) but if it works since they are from another world maybe they would not have antibodies to earth/human diseases? Possibly making my diseases pretty effective. Might be worth a shot, I think it's too risky to find the mage though. Blake tries to find one of the creatures that is distracted by it's eating and dives down with boromir on it, to quickly bite it and then run away.

(Eeeeh, yeah, it's pretty bad :P)

Boromir dives down at one of the creatures and attempts to give it a quick bite. Before it's able to, you hear a bone-crunching sound and you are once again violently flung out of your trance. This time was different though, as you are not in any pain, instead you begin to realize that Boromir likely met its demise at the creature it intended to bite.

(Aw, Rest in Peace Boromir, you were brave like in the movie. I can just hope the creature eats him i guess.) Blake spends the rest of the day in the warehouse, she lights a small candle for Boromir and prepares to move with Bilbo and Gollum.

(Yeah, I'm sorry it turned out like that, but a last solace is that if the beast did eat him it would have had to make saving rolls against all of your diseases.)

(I was the one who tried to do a risky thing, so no need to say sorry, this will happen when role playing haha^^. But yeah, I hope they have a taste for all animals and not just humans :p)

(Yeah, still not fun though!

I think that's the worst part about the campaign for me, having to give everyone the bad news, and given that only one can win that's a lot of potential bad news. But all in all it's been a blast having you all do your crazy plans and ideas and seeing where it goes!)

Daytime Phase day 4. After lighting the make-shift candle for Boromir (really just a couple of napkins you twisted together), you keep an eye out for activity in the warehouse sub-district, but nothing seems to show up. As the rest of your family returns, you notice that something seems to have them spooked. You aren't able to tell what, just a general feeling of unease in the Docks sub-district. They didn't seem to find a good spot because of it. Towards the evening, both you and Bilbo seem fine, with regards to your fever, but the rest of your family seems a bit under the weather. (-2 Mod to your pets) What do you do for your nighttime phase?

(Neato^^) Slightly relived that no one decided to pay her a visit while shes still recovering, Blake prepares to sneak out to the power plant but due to planing to be relatively stealthy on tonight's adventure she only brings the four rats and the seagull Gandalf with her.

As you make it to the power plant, you can tell that there are currently no Mages in the area, so it seems you got there first. What do you do as you wait?

Blake decides to keeps two of the rats , Frodo and Sam, close by in her coat as she tries to find a relatively good spot to stay low while she asks Gandalf to scout from the sky and sends Merry and Pippin into the power plant to look for tasty cables they can safely chew.

(Welll.. yeah, I don't know if it's going to work, or if I get instant results since these things probably have backup wires and such, but if it does it might help my stealth, send a signal to the pirate and rat/pigeon mages if they don't show up annd I think since I'm using my rats the rat/pigeon mage might get the blame lol)

(Might not be the best of plans but I think I gotta do something^^)

(Hmm, you'd have to infiltrate the facility I'd say, as the rats themselves probably wouldn't be smart enough to figure out what cables to destroy. Heck, you might not even be able to figure that out

Also, if you're planning on chewing, that will probably kill the rat that does it)

(You could probably do it via trance but if someone shows up while you're in your trance you'd be pretty vulnerable)

(Hahah, yeahh, that's a good point. It is pretty tempting to try and do a rat mission impossible... But I should probably try and play it a bit safer with Blakes health, lol)

( Yepp, but it's good to think it trough, so thank you ^^. I get slightly carried away easily doing risky things but I think I'm gonna stay low for now, playing it safe with all the rats in Blakes coat. )
