As you consider what to do, you suddenly hear some noises outside. Looking outside, the entire district seems to be enveloped in chaos. You probably hadn't noticed it as you were busy with your builds during the night, but no doubt what is happening at the church is happening here too. At this realization, you take another peek outside the window and spot what appears to be a couple of rats right outside your building... and then another small flock gathers, and another, until finally there's a small swarm right outside your building. Strange even for the chaos happening outside. What do you do?

(especially since there had been a few reports of animals acting strangely lately. Also, do they seem undead?)

A window on the second storey of the house opens "Things around here have gone straight to hell here, haven't they?" A very average looking man in his late forties leans out the window, calm in contrast to all the chaos in the area "Didn't use to be like this, must have spread here from the church district. Someone aught to do something about this before it spreads any further." he continues glancing meaningly towards the gathering of rats "If this continues, the entire city will be in the hands of The Envoy of Gods, and at that point it will be a uphill climb for everyone involved." The man turns his gaze towards the absolute madness on the streets "Tell your master to act, or let other mages know before it's too late"

(Will stay at the window for a while before going back inside if nothing happens)

(Interesting... I take it you want them as properly done as possible? Would be a hard check to pass them off to professionals, but a lot easier if you're just making them passable for daily spending)

(It was hinted in the newspaper, now it even specified to root out and kill the mage causing it)

(Not sure if the plague is helping or complicating the priest's plan, as it at least brings more people to the hospital, hypothetically)

(That being said, not being able to read the paper properly is really getting to my nerves. And Envoy being a natural predator of mine it's very frustating)

(I have three thoughts of what to do tonight:)

(Craft more weapons, investigate the Docks sub-district potentially coming into contact with Envoy and risking death, or trying to do something in my home district either to fight the plague or madness)

(Not going for option two, option three is unlikely to yield any results, but crafting more seems boring)

(I have grenades, DOT-bullets and tracer rounds. What else could be fun?)

(planning to use next day phase to hire people to deal with the church, but uncertain if that will do anything at all tbh)

(But things I can think of to craft; the delayed extra dmg SMG rounds, high dmg big rounds, some form of fuck-your-magic bullets (no clue how they would work))

(The delayed dmg ones I'm not sure how useful they will be, but that's really up to you. High damage rounds I'm thinking could deal about 80 damage, and fuck you magic bullets maybe can damage their AP or disallow Magic rolls for a couple of turns?)
