Daytime Phase day 6. You read through your tomes, at first unable to stop yourself from going down a rabbit hole of some other disease you clearly do not have, but you then stumble upon something. It appears what afflicts you is a new type of disease that has been brought to this world, spread by a horribly infectious bacteria. According to your studies, you have less than 24 hours to cure it or it will almost certainly take your life. You fear you must begin working on a cure right away if you are to fix this, as you suspect a cure might take a lot longer than that, especially if the fever prevents you from doing your best. (If you have any follow-up questions, feel free to ask) When you wake up in the morning, you have a wicked headache from the fever. (You have a -2 Mod for all rolls done today.) What do you do for your daytime phase?

(Yes, but you'll have to decide if you're making a proper cure, basically removing the affliction without the need for a vitality roll at the end of it, or if you want to just make a concoction to boost your immune system and help you deal with it)
(Full cure is safe, but requires 2 successful checks. Boost requires 1 check)

(Potentially risky to go for the cure since you only have 2 phases. If you go for the concoction you will turn the 19+ vitality check to survive into a 9+ check instead, and you could potentially use the second phase to give yourself a vitality boost)

So whats the long term survival plan with the concoction? Would i be out of the woods after the 9+ check?

Nighttime Phase day 6. You finish your concoction just in time for the night to arrive, it should give your immune system what it needs to have a fighting chance. You could spend an action to give yourself another boost and have a decently good chance at surviving this disease. (Would be a 9+ voodoo check to give yourself a +2 Mod in Vitality, cancelling the disease’s -2 Mod.) The odds would be slightly in your favor at that point but it still doesn’t seem all that good… What do you do for your nighttime phase?

(You got a 19! So provided no one walks into your tent to mess you up or something, you will get to make a 9+ vitality check to see if you survive the night! I can make the roll for you and add it to your next summary. I'm guessing you'd want to re-roll anything below a 9? :P)
